Warranty Policy

Modena Works warrants its belts and buckles to be free from manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or external factors.

How to Claim the Warranty

1. Email photos of the damaged part to info@modenaworks.com.
2. A representative will respond within 2 business days.

What's Covered

Modena Works will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you. You will only be responsible for a fixed shipping fee. Cash on delivery is not available for replacement orders.

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Accidents
• Misuse
• External factors

Replacement Options

Modena Works cannot guarantee that you will receive the same design buckle or strap as a replacement. If your design is unavailable, you will receive a replacement of equal value and similar style.

Shipping Fees

• Strap replacement: Rs 150
• Buckle replacement: Rs 160

Modena Works reserves the right to change the shipping fees at its discretion.
