Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy

ONLY EXCHANGES AND RETURNS APPROVED BY MODENA WORKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

What can be returned:

  • Damaged or defective items within 2 days of delivery.

What cannot be returned: (Return charges will be charged at our discretion, should a return be approved on an exception basis)

  • Items that are unworn or unused, but you don't like the design/product or size.
  • Items purchased under offers or special discounts.
  • Items returned after 2 days of delivery.

How to return an item:

Note: The below only applies to damaged and defective products.

  1. Contact us at info@modenaworks.com to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Our courier partner will pick up the item from you (charges deducted from the refund)

Note: In cases where we are unable to arrange a return pickup, you will need to initiate the return yourself. These charges will be covered by you and deducted from the refund.

Note: For all other returns (exceptions), there will be a Rs.100 processing fee, or the customer will have to arrange the return.

Refunds:

  • Partial payments made for COD (Cash-on-Delivery) orders are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, you will receive a full refund within 72 hours to your bank account.  
  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer to the customer's name.

Damages and issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
  • Minor scratches on buckles are not considered damage.

Charges:

  • You will be responsible for the reverse pickup charges for returned items. The cost will depend on your location and the weight of the item.

Exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of returning the original item to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference before the new item is shipped.
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the balance will be refunded to the customer within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
  • The customer will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.

  • All products received can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery.
